Welcome to another Friday update for the Streetscape Project on the 300\400 blocks of N Washington. Additional progress has been made since my last update including the pouring of sidewalk on the west side of the 400 block as well as forming and pouring of curb and gutter at the intersection of Rusk and 300 block of N Washington. Also the asphalt placement along the new curb and gutter was completed today along the west side of the 400 block. 
The look ahead for next week is as follows: 
· Continue forming for sidewalk along the south end of the 300 block of N Washington for a scheduled pour of Wednesday (Thursday as a backup). 
· Forming and prepping along the west side of the 400 block to complete the remaining sidewalk portions. 
· Prepping and forming the tree wells and light pole foundations on the west side of the 400 block. 
The Contractor plans to close the 300 block to all through traffic starting Monday morning in preparation of concrete work the first half of the week. As always this schedule is weather dependent.
